1. Definitions

  • Application means the Dreamograph mobile app, published for iOS.
  • Company ("we", "us", or "our") means Halivent LLC, 14 Lakeshore Dr, B3, Farmington, CT 06032, USA.
  • Service means the Website and the Application together.
  • Website means www.dreamographapp.com.
  • Account means a unique account created for you to access the Service.
  • Content means text, audio, images, and any other material you submit to the Service or that the Service generates for you.
  • Terms means these Terms of Use.
  • You means the person using the Service.

2. Acknowledgment

These Terms govern your use of the Service and are an agreement between you and the Company. By creating an Account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

Paid features of the Service are sold as subscriptions through the Apple App Store. All purchases, billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple, under Apple's own terms and refund policy. We do not process payments directly and do not offer a separate Dreamograph refund process. To request a refund, contact Apple through the App Store.

4. User Content and Prohibited Uses

You are responsible for the dream descriptions, voice recordings, and any other Content you submit to the Service. You agree not to submit Content that:

  • is illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights;
  • harasses, threatens, or impersonates another person;
  • attempts to bypass, disable, or interfere with our content moderation; or
  • is used to scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service.

We may remove Content or suspend or terminate your Account if you violate this section.

5. Content Moderation

Content you submit is automatically screened by our AI provider for policy violations and for attempts to manipulate our AI systems, before it is processed further. We may reject, remove, or refuse to generate a response to Content that our moderation systems or staff flag as violating these Terms.

6. AI-Generated Content Is Not Professional Advice

Dream interpretations, chat replies, and images generated by the Service are produced by artificial intelligence for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and are not a diagnosis of any condition. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need professional support, contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual-property law. You keep ownership of the dream descriptions and recordings you submit. You grant us a license to process that Content in order to provide the Service, including sending it to our AI provider to generate interpretations, chat replies, and images for you.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law — will survive.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

10. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated Content will be accurate.

11. Governing Law

12. Dispute Resolution
